Sorry for the downtime. The server's hard drive filled up and broke the database.

This is somewhat of a moment for me. Not only did it this spawn this community, but PC Format had the very first HTML tutorial that I read, and imitated many times, before I even had a internet connection.

PC Format is the ultimate starting point for my entire career as a web developer.

Inspired me to check mine on Experian.

That's uploaded, we just need a mod to enable it...

The funny thing is I can't install new themes because I'm not an admin

If anyone has any 3.1 compatible themes they want installed, let me know and I can upload them, and then one of our awesome admins can enable them.
