Youtube being a dick

Been trying to upload a few videos onto youtube. Source is 1080P MOV files. As you'll see from the video below at about 4 seconds in, it sort of loses focus and goes all blocky/pixellated/fuzzy, and keeps doing it on and off.

The source file is 100% perfect, only when I put it on youtube it does this.



I used Handbrake to convert it and uploaded it, same result, but in different parts of the video it happens.

Used Windows Movie Maker ( :lol: ) to output into mp4, same shit.

Any ideas?

Never seen that before, sorry. Never had it happen to any of my vids either, and I use WMM too.
