Purchases

Postby Jezreel » Tue Jun 12, 2007 10:43 pm

Not quite the bargain thread.

Just what have you bought recently.

I have bought that 320gb external HDD that's still sat in its box cause I'm on the piss and will break it if I try to put it in tonight (that's what the mrs says too ;) )

Also, I have bought, 4 pairs of 7A hickory wooden ended stix, some stix grip tape, some more moongel, as some cunt nicked some last gig. GRR :(
And a set of wickle speakers for my W810i to take on hols with us. OH YEAh, a 4GB 4GB! pro duo card for the phone so I can have many many wonderful songs in it.

Ermmm. Other than fud shopping that's it.

I'm planning a nice new bass drum skin when I get a nice Tetleys logo. It will be win. (also £90 fucking hell, but It'll be worth it)

Which I can then use on our band myspace which doesn't exist yet, but will, with pimpings for whoever does me a secksy logo on it. nudge nudge. haha.

Yeah, so. What you bought?

Cabinet for bathroom
Bigger George Foreman grill
Dirt Devil vacuum cleaner for upstairs
Panasonic home cinema thing
Forza 2
Granite chopping board
New rack o' knives

Total cost about £600, and that's only since Friday. Gulp.

You're getting into your cooking a bit then? GOOOOD.

You need a global knife. You haven't lived until you've owned one.

Calm down. They cut things bestest. You wouldn't want anyone to think you had a dull blade would you?

They can think what they want, as long as I've still got £500 in my bank account and not in shiny metal form on my kitchen worktop. ;)

If I win the lottery I'll buy meself a set of them. Can't say fairer than that.

Are they as good as the Miracle Blade? I've seen that bastard cut through leather and tin cans, and then still slice the skin right off a tomato. All on tellyvisual advertainment, too!

Well... miracle blade are ok. But it's not chic or hip. But then, you spend more on your car on tuning than I spend on petrol in a whole year. So it's my thing. Although not for a bit. Not sure if the miracle dulls, if they do they're fooked. But you can sharpen that global for a hundred years ;)

I recently ordered a multimeter and soldering iron + accessories. Was only about £11 including shipping as I got the most cheapo ones.

I also got 2 t shirts off Jinx as they gave me $10 off, w00t.
It might look like I'm doing nothing, but at the cellular level I'm really quite busy.
