November next year? That's ages away!

Now do I play it on the 360 as with everything else or do I dare go back to PC for accurate archery?

It's the only game that could tempt me tbh. Not sure if I can justify a £2K spend on one game, though.

It'll probably have a real bow and Kinect input on 360 :megaexcitedlols:

Not full Kinect controls as that would suck many hairy manpods but certain things like lock picking or combat would be awesome. I hate Kinect as a Wii style party game controller but the tech is there for some wonderful things. Once you can buy a Kinect friendly M4 rifle for FPS games, I'm buying a Kinect.

Actually, given the slightly slower pace this could work well with Kinect. It would be better with Move though...

Maybe this will be my 6th ever PS3 purchase if they do that.

I've been playing with a guy at work's Kinect and although I hate the Wii style games that saturate it at the moment, it does look like it could own all for real games in the future. Crouching/prone by actually doing it, aiming with a real gun, melee by actually pulling a knife. Imagine RPG combat outcome determined by your actual physical ability raher than levelling. I'd love that.

How's the lag?

With the racing game I was playing, there was no noticable lag at all, even in two player.

I hear that move suffers from it because it's only a camera but the Kinect is spot on even with fine movements like steering.

I thought it was the other way around. Interesting...

According to the Gadget Show, you have to constantly calibrate the move too. I've got the PS Eye and it is pretty low res. I can't see it being very accurate for anything. Looking at some of the things people have hacked the kinect into doing, it is far superior.
