Halo 5

Postby RB » Sat Oct 31, 2015 5:06 pm

This is by far the best Halo game there has been.

The maps are huge and varied. The enemies are familiar but not boring. The weapons and ammo are just plentiful enough to make it not impossible but not too easy.

It's surprisingly pretty, I think only naughty dog armed with a PS4 could have made a nicer graphical experience.

I'm not sure if my Xbox One will survive once this and Rise of the Tomb Raider are complete as it's still got a shite OS interface, ridiculously slow install time and a lack of power. But it is at least gorgeous looking in its UNSC armour.

New OS on Nov 10 :)

I want to play this, but not if its only giving 8 hours of gameplay on SP. I'm not paying £50 for that.

It is short but epic. All SP games are short now. Deal with it and play online :P

Nope.

MGSV isn't short, it's only FPS games where it seems to be acceptable to make them last 5 mins in SP. It's why I stopped playing CoD et al. Notable exception for Dishonored, of course, as that was a proper sized game.

Is this different enough from Destiny to make it worth a look?

Halo is nothing like Destiny. It's like space CoD.
