Sticky footer, HTML5 doctype [SOLVED]

Can someone look at this please and tell me why the hell I can't get the footer to stick to the bottom? I'm totally at a loss!

If I size my browser window up to the bottom of the footer, the page works perfect. But stretch it below the footer so I get rid of the vertical scroll bar and it breaks.
I've added and taken away and added again so many lines to styles.css I just need another set of eyes on it now.
Any ideas please?

Is the reset.css screwing it up?
